Requirements
Must:
- Experience as a Project Coordinator or PMO Analyst supporting software or IT projects
- Familiarity with ERP software implementation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate timelines, documentation, and project delivery
- Experience in monitoring project risks and dependencies
- Basic understanding of testing and go-live preparation activities
Responsibilities
- Support multiple concurrent software implementation projects from planning through go-live
- Maintain project plans, milestones, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate activities among consultants and development teams
- Organize customer meetings and track actions arising from those meetings
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and provide regular progress updates
- Assist in testing and preparation activities for go-live
Description
We are an established ERP reseller seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of business software implementation projects for SME and mid-market customers. This hybrid position allows you to work from our Fleet office initially three days a week, transitioning to two days per week after onboarding. You will be part of a collaborative team that includes Project Managers, Consultants, and Developers, providing a strong opportunity for career progression into ERP Project Management within our supportive and growing organization.
