Requirements
Must:
- A First Class or 2:1 IT or STEM degree
- Strong numeracy skills (GCSE or A Level Maths or equivalent)
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with clients
- Strong problem-solving ability with a structured investigative approach
- A full driving licence
Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers and internal development teams to resolve software issues
- Answer how-to questions and support process improvements across ERP environments
- Analyse client data and assist with testing new releases
- Deliver user training sessions (mainly remotely, occasionally onsite)
