Must:
- I am looking for candidates with a minimum of 6 years' experience delivering ERP implementation projects (SAP Business One, Dynamics 365 Business Central, or Sage X3).
- I require a project management certification such as Prince2, PMP, or equivalent.
- A strong background in IT services is essential.
- I need expertise in stakeholder management and project governance.
- Excellent planning, risk management, and team leadership skills are necessary for this role.
Responsibilities
- I will expect you to manage the end-to-end delivery of ERP projects, overseeing scope, planning, resource scheduling, budgets, financial tracking, client communications, and risk mitigation.
- This role involves hands-on project management in a well-structured yet flexible delivery environment where your voice will be heard and your experience respected.
- Regular travel for customer site visits is required, and weekly PM team meetings will take place on Thursdays at the office to facilitate onboarding and integration into the team and company tools.

I am offering a position within a growing ERP consultancy that is expanding its offerings across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP Business One, and potentially into Sage X3. You will join a tight-knit project management team where you won't be just a number, but a valued member with real influence and visibility in the project lifecycle. You will have exposure to Microsoft Business Central or SAP B1 implementations and experience genuine career progression in a growing business with ambitious plans. Alongside supportive leadership, you will influence delivery and direction within a small, expert team. The salary for this role is £76,000, along with remote/hybrid flexibility.
