Requirements
Must:
I am looking for someone with experience in software or ERP sales, or account management within a B2B environment. You should have a proven track record of managing and upselling to a portfolio of 70 SME/SMB software clients. Familiarity with selling software licenses, training, development, upgrades, or third-party integrations is essential. Experience working with SAP Business One or similar mid-market ERP solutions is highly desirable. Additionally, you should be comfortable managing sales cycles ranging from £1,000 to £25,000 across both remote and face-to-face channels.
Responsibilities
As the sole Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of 70 active SAP Business One clients. You will own the commercial relationship, focusing on upselling modules, services, and upgrades. Coordinating closely with ERP consultants and third-party providers will be a key part of your role to ensure smooth delivery. You will utilize Teams and face-to-face meetings as needed, aiming to achieve upsell targets of £200K-£300K per year.

The position is home-based, requiring just one day a week in the office (within two hours of Manchester). You'll have sole ownership of a warm, loyal customer base and be part of a supportive internal team with strong ERP expertise. Plus, you will enjoy a realistic and uncapped commission potential of £10K-£30K, giving you the autonomy and impact that is ideal for a proactive ERP Account Manager.
