Requirements
Must:
- Strong hands-on development experience with Business Central
- Some experience in team leadership, mentoring, or man-management
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, and SSRS
- Experience using git-based source control tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub)
- Proven track record in delivering customisations and multi-tenant solutions in BC
- Comfortable communicating with customers to clarify specifications and requirements
Responsibilities
- Engage in hands-on BC development tasks
- Mentor and coach junior BC developers
- Collaborate with customers to gather and clarify requirements
- Lead the BC development team as opportunities arise
- Deliver customisations and multi-tenant solutions in Business Central
Description
We are a top Microsoft Partner seeking a Business Central Developer to join our high-performing, collaborative team. In this hybrid role, you will work one day a week in one of our eight offices of your choice. We offer a competitive salary between £80,000 - £100,000 plus benefits, career progression opportunities, and management training, supported by an experienced SMT and Development Director.
