Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in accounting software support, specifically with Sage Intacct
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with financial reporting and accounting principles
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Responsibilities
- Provide support to clients using Sage Intacct software
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the software
- Assist in the implementation of Sage Intacct for new clients
- Conduct training sessions for clients on using the software effectively
- Collaborate with our team to enhance customer satisfaction
