In the role of Product Owner, you will be pivotal in defining and delivering our end-to-end hiring platform. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Shaping and maintaining product roadmaps aligned with our business strategy
- Managing and prioritizing product backlogs based on client value and commercial impact
- Gathering market insights and identifying opportunities for innovation
- Translating business and client needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Collaborating with Development teams in agile ceremonies to ensure successful delivery
- Acting as the voice of the client during releases and validating product performance
- Monitoring usage metrics and driving continuous improvement
- Engaging stakeholders across the business and supporting go-to-market activities
