Requirements
Must:

- Basic understanding of SQL (writing simple queries or pulling data for investigation)
- Familiarity with SSIS or other data integration tools is a plus
- Awareness of APIs or data formats like JSON/XML
- Logical approach to problem-solving
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders relying on integration solutions
- Support the development and maintenance of integrations using SSIS, SQL, and ZappySys
- Help develop integrations using technologies like Java, JavaScript, XML, XSLT, REST, SOAP, and JSON with training and guidance
- Assist with EDI connections for suppliers and customers, learning common EDI standards
- Use SQL to query and manipulate data for integration development and troubleshooting
- Review database objects and identify potential improvements
- Support scheduled jobs, data integrity checks, and alerting through SQL Management Studio
- Help design data flows between systems, ensuring reliability and quality
- Participate in end-to-end testing of integrations and related business processes
- Work with the wider IT team to resolve integration issues and maintain operational stability
- Hand over new interfaces to business teams with appropriate documentation and knowledge sharing
