Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support to ERP users, resolving basic issues and handling inquiries
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of ERP systems for optimal performance
- Conduct data entry, validation, and maintenance within the ERP system
- Create educational documentation and conduct user training sessions
- Keep the ITSM system updated and inform users about ticket statuses
- Collaborate with senior analysts and IT team on support issues
- Participate in initiatives for process improvement and system efficiency
- Monitor system performance and report issues to the ERP Lead
- Assist with troubleshooting and administration of digital tools and applications
- Document common issues and resolutions for knowledge base development
- Participate in regular training sessions for digital tools and best practices
- Support implementation of additional digitalisation software
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency between ERP and Digital applications
