Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience using Python for data analysis and modeling
- Experience with modern data science tools including R, SQL, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), observability concepts, and cloud security fundamentals
- Introductory experience or strong interest in AI agent development using frameworks such as Azure AF, AWS Strands, Google ADK, LangGraph, or OpenAI Agents SDK
- A degree in a quantitative field like mathematics, physics, or computer science with a classification of 2.1 or higher (or equivalent)
Responsibilities
- Learn and apply LLMs, programming languages, and tools to improve efficiency and solve business problems
- Assist in exploring new data sources, research, and models under direction from senior team members
- Support project planning efforts by breaking down AI and predictive modeling tasks into manageable subtasks
- Execute analytical and modeling tasks as part of a larger project team
- Apply standard best practices to develop statistical and machine learning techniques
- Review and discuss AI/modeling techniques and results with peers and mentors
- Contribute to stakeholder communications by preparing summaries, documentation, and analysis
- Work with guidance to understand business problems and requirements
- Assist in developing prototypes that integrate data and machine learning into business processes
