Responsibilities
- Lead in the installations, configuration, and administration of active network hardware
- Carry out network monitoring and produce reports on availability and compliance
- Play a key role in efforts to build, optimise, and modernise the internal network
- Lead network problem escalation and resolution
- Respond to service desk requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Support with developing policies and procedures
- Maintain adequate and organised stocks
- Report any unsafe equipment or practices

The role offers a salary of £18.90 per hour, with a 37-hour working week, and is temporary until 30.06.26.
