Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
- Certification in Business Analysis (ISEB/BCS) or International Diploma in Business Analysis
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the Fintech industry
- Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory frameworks
- Strong analytical skills to critically evaluate complex problems
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders
- Experience in agile environments and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Technical experience in Azure, .NET frameworks, API integrations, MS SQL Server and SSRS (advantageous)
- Experience in Financial Services, including BACS, direct debits, and payment systems (advantageous)
- Certification in Agile (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) (advantageous)
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and prioritize tasks
- Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with product owners and developers to refine features and ensure timely delivery
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems for improvement opportunities
- Act as a subject matter expert to provide insights and inform decision-making
