Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in 3rd Line IT Support
- Strong knowledge of Azure services (IaaS, networking, identity, backup, monitoring)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune, Defender)
- Understanding of IT Security protocols and frameworks
- Experience with Windows Server and Windows OS
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Full UK Drivers license and own vehicle
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Provide expert 3rd Line Support for clients
- Act as a point of escalation for complex IT issues
- Work on Azure based projects and technologies
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and processes
- Collaborate with the team to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
