Requirements
Must:
- Strong technical experience of Microsoft desktop operating systems, including Windows 11 and Office 2016
- Experience supporting Microsoft Active Directory & Group Policy
- Experience supporting network related technologies and equipment
- Experience diagnosing & resolving client application, connectivity, and hardware-based incidents
- Understanding of backup and restore technologies
- Operational knowledge of Active Directory
- Understanding of NTFS permissions, hierarchy, and folder permissions
- Own transport and driving license
- Previous experience in an MSP environment and experience in Azure and Microsoft 365 (ideally, but not essential)
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain existing managed IT Support client base
- Provide traditional desktop support remotely and via telephone contact
- Act as a key component to the service desk as an engineer
- Work with the Projects team to assist in building and installing IT systems
- Support Cloud deployments, On Premise & Cloud servers, Azure PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS
Description

This role offers a varied and interesting workload, supporting a wide range of Azure and Office 365 services.
