Application Software Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Application Software Consultant who will work with our current team to lead implementation projects from initial client requirements gathering to final implementation and rollout of an enterprise document management application. You will become an expert in Meridian Enterprise Document Management software, serving as the go-to person for all aspects of the application for our clients and sales team. Your role will involve: - Customer Consultation: Conducting requirement gathering to discuss and identify clients DMS system requirements and current maturity levels. Analyzing customer business processes and recommending feasible solutions while producing technical documentation such as user requirements and functional specification documents. - Solution Design and Implementation: Designing and configuring Document Management solutions using our product portfolios while ensuring alignment with client requirements. Planning and implementing the software, including installation, migration, and configuration to meet client expectations. Defining and configuring workflows, user interfaces, access profiles, and metadata to standardize document classification and management. - Training and Support: Creating and delivering training materials and workshops for end-users and client teams. Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients and project teams while troubleshooting issues and advising clients on best practices for utilizing the DMS.
