Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM. You should have demonstrable configuration, development, and support experience across a range of modules. Additionally, the proven ability to work on end-to-end implementation projects is essential (full lifecycle experience is highly advantageous). A solid understanding of Oracle Core HR, Talent Management, Absence Management, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) is required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are a must. Exposure to Redwood UI is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
In this key role, you will deliver hands-on configuration, support, and technical testing across multiple Oracle HCM modules. You will collaborate with key business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective system solutions. Your tasks will also include developing and delivering technical reporting to inform business decisions and assess the impact of system changes. Furthermore, you will support and enhance system functionality across the HCM landscape, including Core HR, Talent Management, Absence Management, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives and supporting future phases of system implementation and upgrades will also be part of your responsibilities.
