Requirements
Must:
To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with a strong background in solution design and architecture, along with a proven track record of delivering automation at scale. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Demonstrable experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect within an enterprise environment.
- Deep expertise in RPA, particularly with UiPath (certification is highly desirable).
- A strong understanding of process design, automation frameworks, and integration with broader IT ecosystems.
- Experience in designing secure, scalable, and reusable automation solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) would be beneficial.
Responsibilities
As our Solution Architect, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the end-to-end design and architecture of automation solutions using UiPath and other RPA technologies.
- Collaborating with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Developing and maintaining architectural standards, patterns, and best practices for automation initiatives.
- Ensuring that solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring to RPA development teams.
- Evaluating emerging tools, technologies, and frameworks to support the automation roadmap.
- Overseeing solution governance, design assurance, and architectural documentation.

This 12-month fixed-term contract presents a superb opportunity for a talented Solution Architect to make a meaningful impact within our growing automation function.
