Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience delivering HR transformation or HR service improvement programmes
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow HRSD, including case management, lifecycle events, and employee journeys
- Comfortable running workshops and engaging senior stakeholders
- Ability to translate business needs into practical, ServiceNow-enabled solutions
- Experience in consulting or large-scale transformation environments is ideal
- Interest in how automation, AI, and digital workflows are reshaping HR
Responsibilities
- Partnering with HR and business leaders to rethink service delivery processes
- Running workshops, gathering requirements, and mapping end-to-end employee journeys
- Translating insights into scalable ServiceNow HRSD solutions
- Collaborating with architects and developers to deliver the vision effectively
- Advising on best practices and driving adoption of modern, digital HR services
- Challenging existing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
Description
We are a growing consultancy that is heavily investing in our HR Transformation capability, and we are looking for a Senior ServiceNow HRSD Consultant to play a key role in delivering large-scale, enterprise HR programmes. This position is at the intersection of HR, technology, and transformation, providing a unique opportunity to influence and deliver meaningful change.
