Requirements
Must:
- Proven leader with experience managing people and multiple products or projects.
- Deep expertise in Power Platform and some experience in Copilot Studio, with a broad understanding of the full suite.
- Experienced in low-code integrations, particularly Azure Functions and Logic Apps.
- Confident, forward-thinking, and independent, able to push the team and the business beyond standard solutions.
- Excellent communicator who can explain complex ideas simply and engage both technical and business audiences.
- Agile and DevOps-savvy, able to work effectively within structured delivery frameworks.
- Strategic thinker with a business-first mindset, understanding problems and solutionizing effectively.
- Bonus: Experience in regulated industries and a track record of driving visible, high-value outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a UK-based low-code team, mentoring and developing talent while collaborating with offshore colleagues.
- Shape and evolve the organisations low-code strategy, delivering high-value, scalable applications.
- Translate business needs into actionable solutions, balancing technical expertise with a strong understanding of business priorities.
- Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to share expertise, guide decision-making, and drive change.
- Ensure best practices in governance, DevOps, and Agile are applied to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide oversight on Power Apps, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and low-code integrations.
- Scrutinise delivery tickets, release issues, and project progress to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Stay ahead of emerging low-code technologies and identify opportunities to improve processes and solutions.
