Requirements
Must:
- Strong knowledge and analytical experience with Salesforce
- Ability to gather and translate requirements from stakeholders
- Experience in a Business Analysis or Project Management background
- Solid communication skills
- Confidence in navigating shifting priorities and tight deadlines
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Familiarity with customer-service functions and CRM systems
Responsibilities
- Act as the voice of the customer and business within the team
- Shape the teams workload to ensure timely delivery of value
- Manage ongoing refinement of Salesforce across the customer-service function
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and understand their needs
- Work with IT to deliver solutions that address stakeholder challenges
- Translate complex business needs into actionable deliverables for the development team
- Collaborate with the team to navigate business priorities and deadlines
Description
We are an industry-leading company looking for a Product Owner to join our team in Hull, with opportunities for UK-wide relocation.
