Requirements
Must:

- Experience in one or more of the following backgrounds: support, analysis, development, or delivery.
- Ability to gather and document business and user needs effectively.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in stakeholder interactions.
- A passion for translating complex needs into actionable deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure clear documentation of business and user needs for the development team.
- Act as the liaison between stakeholders and the development team, gathering requirements and understanding their problems/issues.
- Suggest how the Salesforce system can address stakeholder concerns and work with IT to implement solutions.
- Focus on delivery outcomes while maintaining an understanding of technology's impact on the business.
- Engage in ongoing refinement of Salesforce within the customer-service function.
Description
