Requirements
Must:
- I need an understanding of automation tools (such as Flow and Approval Processes).
- I am looking for a deep knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud.
- I expect the ability to build and maintain good client relationships.
- Strong decision-making and judgment, influencing, and presentation skills are essential.
- Salesforce Admin certification is desirable.
Responsibilities
- I will provide maintenance and complete operational requests to support day-to-day operations.
- I am responsible for triaging and working on bug support tickets.
- I will support change management by providing solutions or guiding colleagues through the possibilities of Service Cloud.
- Creating clear documentation (such as HLDs and LLDs) to support change management will be one of my tasks.
- I will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Salesforce Service Cloud Org.
- Identifying and highlighting key areas of improvement is part of my role.
- I need to estimate the work effort required for proposed changes.

I am partnering with a leading service provider to recruit an experienced Salesforce Administrator with knowledge of Service Cloud to join our team. In this role, I will contribute to the ongoing development of Salesforce for our organization. Working closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts, I will identify, develop, and deploy new business processes. I will also be responsible for the execution of day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the CRM platform.
