Requirements
Must:
- I require candidates to have experience in a similar role providing IT Support, with a focus on provisioning and AV support.
- Proven experience in supporting a Microsoft environment, specifically with End User workplace equipment including laptops, printers, and mobile devices is essential.
- I expect candidates to have prior experience in the provisioning of hardware and software, as well as a solid knowledge of Audio Visual services.
- Excellent organizational and customer service/client experience skills are necessary for success in this role.
Responsibilities
In my company, as an IT and AV Support Analyst, you will be a key part of the IT Support & Operations team. Your responsibilities will include provisioning and tracking all IT hardware and software assets throughout their lifecycle. Additionally, you will take ownership of the Audio Visual services for our UK offices and provide on-site IT support for the board and executive leadership teams.
