Responsibilities
- Take ownership of day-to-day network operations - keeping core routers, switches, and firewalls running smoothly while supporting new sites and upgrades.
- Play an active role in improving how we work by getting involved in automation projects and helping strengthen our monitoring and alerting tools.
- Work closely with colleagues across engineering and support, sharing knowledge and contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment.
- Keep our standards high by maintaining clear documentation and following security, compliance, and operational best practices.
