- Agile and DevOps-savvy, with effective work within structured delivery frameworks
- Strategic thinker with a business-first approach to problem-solving
- Bonus: Experience in regulated industries and track record of driving high-value outcomes
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a UK-based low-code team, mentoring and developing talent
- Collaborate with offshore colleagues to shape the organisations low-code strategy
- Push the team beyond standard solutions to deliver high-value, scalable applications
- Translate business needs into actionable solutions, balancing technical expertise with business understanding
- Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to share expertise and guide decision-making
- Ensure best practices in governance, DevOps, and Agile are applied
- Provide oversight and guidance on Power Apps, the broader Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and low-code integrations
- Scrutinise delivery tickets, release issues, and project progress to ensure solutions meet business objectives
- Stay ahead of emerging low-code technologies to improve processes and solutions
Description
We are looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking Senior Low Code Lead to take charge of our UK low-code development team. This high-impact leadership role allows you to drive innovation and elevate how we deliver low-code solutions across the business. You will have the opportunity to define strategy, dictate team growth, and apply your unique impact on both the team and the wider organisation. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £75,000 and requires weekly presence in London.
