Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or in a similar role.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of networking, virtualization, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience managing Windows/Linux servers and related core services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Knowledge of storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and resilient cloud and on-premise environments.
- Build, maintain, and optimize cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Use Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible/CloudFormation) to provision and manage infrastructure.
- Manage physical and virtual servers, storage, and backup solutions.
- Administer Windows/Linux operating systems, ensuring patching, updates, and compliance.
- Support and troubleshoot networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, switches, routing).
- Monitor system performance and capacity, ensuring uptime and reliability.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
- Collaborate with developers, security, and operations teams to deliver high-quality services.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement across infrastructure and deployments.
- Provide 3rd line support and resolve escalated infrastructure issues.
