Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a squad through Agile/Scrum ceremonies (approximately 20% of the time).
- Fill and maintain the innovation pipeline (another 20%).
- Manage delivery, stakeholder relationships, and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently.
- Deliver enterprise-scale products that are actively used and impactful, aiming for 2-3 successful launches in a year.
- Build strong networks and relationships across various business streams and facilitate strategic alignment.
- Engage in initiatives that go beyond daily responsibilities, contributing to wider business transformation efforts.

Description
This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office attendance one day a week, with occasional visits to other offices if needed. You will be part of a globally diverse team and will essentially operate your own mini-franchise, enjoying autonomy and the need for initiative. The position offers a salary up to the early £60k range, alongside 25 days of holiday and additional benefits.
