Requirements
Must:
- 2-6 years of experience in a Service Desk / IT Support role
- Proficiency with ServiceNow in a busy Service Desk environment
- Experience with laptop builds and a solid understanding of the Hardware Asset Management Lifecycle within ServiceNow
- Excellent customer service skills
- Desirable: ITIL, Mac, and Windows 11 support experience
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st line support for all employees across the EMEA region
- Serve as the point of contact for incidents and service requests
- Manage all communication via calls, emails, and walk-ups at both the Tech-bar and Service Desk
- Oversee the on/off-boarding processes for employees
- Handle Hardware Asset Management, including inputting, updating, and decommissioning assets, while adhering to all asset management processes and procedures
Description
We are a large organization in the Financial Services sector, currently expanding our IT Support Team. We are looking for an experienced Service Desk Engineer to join us on a 6-month basis. In this role, you will support users at all levels across the business, including the core trading team, to help minimize downtime effectively.
