Requirements
Must:
I am seeking a candidate with proven infrastructure and network engineering experience at a 3rd line level, complemented by a strong track record in project work. You should be familiar with Microsoft Defender, InTune, Purview, Entra ID, and security frameworks such as GDPR, NIST2, and ISO27001. Additionally, experience in firewall implementation and management is required, with a preference for Fortinet. Proficiency in Hyper-V and Windows 11 is also essential. You must be able to work effectively in a small to medium-sized team and have a desire to continue learning new technologies and skills.
Responsibilities
In this role as an IT Infrastructure and Network Security Engineer, you will be part of a medium-sized internal IT function, collaborating with experienced IT Engineers. Your primary responsibilities will include 3rd line support work, alongside a strong focus on project work, particularly in cyber security, networking, and general infrastructure management. You will play a crucial role in driving our IT transformation initiatives.

This is a full-time, permanent office-based position located in Tamworth, West Midlands, with a salary range of £45,000 - £50,000, plus on-call and benefits.
