Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Analyst, particularly within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems (version 2016 and above), Microsoft Office 365, Exchange 2016, Hyper-V/VMware, and Azure.
- Familiarity with managing physical IT environments, including servers, network switches, firewalls, and SANs.
- Demonstrated ability to assess risks and implement effective countermeasures.
- Experience working within the ITIL v4 framework.
- Ability to participate in project work and contribute to Continual Service Improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, from the network level to the server stack.
- Manage the physical IT environment, including servers and network switches.
- Engage in project work focused on developing new services and executing various operational projects.
- Assess risks and identify critical service and system dependencies, implementing countermeasures as necessary.
- Install, configure, and maintain service and software components, along with hardware and application components.
