Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in software engineering leadership roles
- Strong background in NodeJS and ReactJS development
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, including TypeScript, Redux.js, and React Hooks
- Familiarity with Azure cloud platform; other cloud technologies like AWS accepted
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, inspire, and lead engineering teams
- Experience in defining and executing technical roadmaps
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the Software Engineering team
- Drive the technical execution of the ambitious product roadmap
- Foster collaboration between the engineering team and other departments, such as Product and Operations
- Oversee the development process, ensuring high standards of code quality
- Stay hands-on with coding and development where necessary
- Advocate for the use of innovative technologies and approaches
- Engage with stakeholders to align engineering efforts with company strategy
