Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in a software engineering leadership role
- Strong background in NodeJS and ReactJS development
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire engineering teams
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and experience with other cloud technologies like AWS
- Advocate for Agile methodologies, including experience with sprint planning and tools like Jira
- Knowledge of QA processes and automation frameworks
- Previous hands-on experience with JavaScript and related technologies
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and inspire the software engineering team
- Execute and define the technical roadmap in alignment with business goals
- Champion Agile practices and lead sprint planning sessions
- Implement and oversee QA processes, including adopting automation frameworks
- Collaborate closely with the CTO, Head of Product, and Head of Operations
- Drive continuous improvements within the engineering processes and team dynamics
- Work on evolving the flagship SaaS product and potential new technologies like AI
