Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and analyze HR needs.
- Design and implement HR and GBS solutions that simplify and humanize the work process using ServiceNow HRSD.
- Map out end-to-end journeys such as onboarding, offboarding, and case management.
- Build future-state designs and shape how technology supports every stage of the employee lifecycle.
- Lead workshops, run workstreams, and provide strategic insights on how HR technology can drive organizational change.
