Must:
We are looking for a passionate Tech Graduate or Junior Software QA who has either some commercial experience in Software Testing (manual or automated) or a degree in a tech-related field with a good understanding of QA principles. You should possess a solid foundation in IT or software development, ideally with a relevant qualification. You must be confident in diving into requirements, identifying what needs testing, and critically thinking about functionality and performance. Strong communication skills are essential; you need to clearly articulate your thoughts and approach problems strategically.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will take ownership of tickets during each sprint, ensuring they meet the highest standards before going live. Your responsibilities will include writing test plans, documenting your findings, and providing valuable feedback that contributes to improving both software functionality and user experience. You will also conduct manual and automated regression testing, report bugs, escalate major issues, and assist the team in identifying opportunities for performance and UI/UX improvements. Your insights will play a critical role in ensuring our software not only functions well but also offers a great user experience.
