Requirements
Must:
- Experience working with ERP or business-critical applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and a naturally analytical approach
- Confident troubleshooting across processes, integrations, and workflows
- Comfortable engaging directly with users and resolving issues
- Ability to prioritise, stay calm under pressure, and manage a busy workload
- Good communicator - both with technical teams and non-technical users
- Exposure to D365 F&O, CE, SCM, or Commerce
- Experience with POS systems (hardware or software)
- Any knowledge of SQL, SSRS, Azure, Logic Apps, or BI tools
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or basic JavaScript/C#
- Understanding of workflows, UI configuration, or system administration
- ITIL awareness or experience in a structured support environment
Responsibilities
- Handling 1st & 2nd line issues across D365 and connected systems
- Investigating and resolving problems with minimal business disruption
- Monitoring performance, including batches and integrations
- Managing tickets in line with SLAs and keeping users updated
- Supporting releases, testing cycles, and platform updates
- Building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Acting as the link between technical teams and business users
- Communicating clearly on progress, solutions, and next steps
- Becoming a trusted go-to person for D365 support
- Helping with testing, training, and documentation for new rollouts
- Contributing to internal knowledge bases and sharing learnings
- Supporting enhancements across CRM, D365 apps, and integrations
- Spotting opportunities to improve processes or user experience
- Creating clear, user-friendly documentation
- Running training for super users
- Helping the wider team retain knowledge and improve day-to-day operations
Description
We are seeking a D365 Technical Support Analyst to join our Technology & Change team. This role is crucial to our operations, as we require someone who enjoys problem-solving, is confident in supporting business-critical systems, and wishes to expand their expertise across Dynamics 365 and our broader application landscape. You will engage in day-to-day support of D365 Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, Supply Chain, and Commerce environments, focusing on hands-on troubleshooting and integration support. We offer a collaborative work environment where continuous improvement is encouraged, and you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our platforms.
