Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support for end-user devices including desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
- Assist with the deployment of Windows 11, handling imaging, data transfer, and post-installation checks.
- Support Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration tasks.
- Manage device updates and configurations through SCCM and Intune.
- Respond promptly to incidents and service requests while maintaining clear communication.
- Document processes and contribute to knowledge base articles.

Description
We are looking for two Desktop Support Engineers to join our team in North Nottingham for a short-term contract of 4 months, with the possibility of extension. You will provide hands-on technical support as we undertake a major Windows 11 migration project. This is an on-site position, requiring you to work 5 days a week, with a daily rate of up to £200 (Inside IR35). We encourage you to apply now and support a key technology upgrade project with us.
