Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in CRM implementations and billing systems
- Strong understanding of data structures and legacy systems
- Excellent analytical skills to identify key vs. redundant fields
- Experience in supporting data definitions and migration planning
- Ability to work closely with Project Managers and Data Analysts in a collaborative environment
- Strong communication skills to articulate requirements and influence project outcomes
Responsibilities
- Analyze and map legacy systems to uncover data flow related to customer and billing information
- Identify critical data that needs to migrate, cleanse, or retire during the transition process
- Collaborate with the transformation team to shape the new data environment
- Support the planning and execution of data migration initiatives
- Work in a focused migration pod alongside the Project Manager and Data Analyst
Description
We are a specialist data partner operating within regulated environments, dedicated to helping our customers reduce revenue leakage, improve billing accuracy, and modernize their data systems. With significant investment secured for a billing platform replacement, our transformation team is small but is set to expand significantly over the next few years as we develop innovative new products and explore new markets. This role offers a salary of £45,000 plus bonus and benefits, and we encourage a hybrid working arrangement with three days a week in the office.
