- Experience with end-to-end build work in software development
Responsibilities
- Build an AI-driven automation tool to replace manual data matching and spreadsheet workflows
- Create autonomous workflows using agentic AI and LLM-based reasoning
- Design, prototype, iterate and ship new features
- Collaborate directly with the Head of AI
- Bring engineering discipline to a greenfield automation project
- Ensure the tool created is production-ready and reliable for daily business use
Description
We are a small, highly technical AI team in financial services, dedicated to building a brand-new automation tool from the ground up. This role offers massive autonomy, with no legacy code to untangle, and you will have direct access to technical leadership. Initially, the role will be fully onsite for the first month before transitioning to a hybrid model.
