Requirements
Must:
- Strong background in AI Engineering, automation engineering, ML/LLM application development, or intelligent workflow design.
- Expert hands-on experience with ChatGPT Enterprise (mandatory).
- Ability to design prompts, guardrails, and workflows that ensure reliable and repeatable outcomes.
- Experience automating human-centric processes such as approvals, performance reviews, document generation, or analytics workflows.
- Familiarity with APIs, integration frameworks, RAG-style workflows, vector search, or orchestration tools (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Analyse internal processes related to staff performance management, operational tracking, and business workflows.
- Design, build, and deploy AI-driven automations that streamline manual tasks and remove human bottlenecks.
- Develop internal tools and copilots using ChatGPT Enterprise to enhance productivity, improve reporting, and enable self-service across teams.
- Implement retrieval-based workflows, prompt-engineering best practices, and automated decision trees that support management processes.
- Build integrations with existing systems (HR systems, CRMs, workflow tools, document repositories, etc).
