Requirements
Must:
- Security (SC Clearance) or the ability to obtain it.
- Proven experience in a 2nd line support mobile endpoint engineering role.
- Familiarity with Workspace ONE Unified Endpoint Manager.
- Knowledge of Apple Business Manager, Entra ID, and M365.
- Experience with Android Enterprise Manager and Samsung KNOX.
- Proficient in configuring iOS and Android mobile operating systems.
- Understanding of Mobile Device Management through Organization Groups.
Responsibilities
- I will oversee the configuration and in-life support of mobile devices, which includes managing policy changes, configuring settings, and providing post-deployment support.
- Collaborating closely with 3rd line analysts, I will liaise with internal technical teams, customer stakeholders, and service management functions to ensure aligned delivery, transparency, and effective issue resolution throughout the mobile lifecycle.
- I will manage incident queues and SLAs, bringing in desirable technical knowledge of mobile automation tools and demonstrating a strong commitment to supporting the end-user mobile estate.
