Requirements
Must:
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for working with numbers
- Experience with Power BI is a plus
- Currently studying or holding a degree in Business Analysis, Data Science, Economics, or a related field
- Previous experience in reporting or data analysis is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update dashboards to ensure key metrics are tracked and reported
- Create and improve routine and ad-hoc reports to meet evolving business needs
- Conduct deep-dive analysis into performance issues and present clear, actionable insights
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and quality checks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and align outputs with strategic goals

In this part-time role, you will support the Senior Business Analyst by maintaining dashboards, producing reports, and diving into data to uncover trends and opportunities that drive smarter business decisions.
