Requirements

Responsibilities
- Oversee the flow of work across engineering, testing, and platform teams
- Monitor delivery activity to identify risks, delays, or conflicting demands
- Act as a central point for system and application queries
- Share updates on delivery changes and operational challenges
- Organize and facilitate regular team forums such as stand-ups and planning sessions
- Provide senior IT stakeholders with visibility of operational performance and issues
- Support capacity and time management across the technology function
- Assist with the coordination of project activity and support requirement clarity
Description
We are excited to announce a 6-month fixed-term contract opportunity for an IT Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team.
