Requirements
Must:
- SC-200 (or ability to achieve during probation)/n- SOC / incident response experience/n- Eligible for Security Clearance (SC)/n- CompTIA Security+ or similar (desirable)/n- ITIL 4 Foundation (desirable)/n- Analytical, proactive, and security-focused/n- Strong customer service mindset/n- Comfortable in a fast-paced, shift-based environment
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to alerts using Microsoft Sentinel and ticketing systems/n- Triage and manage incidents in line with SOC processes/n- Escalate issues to Network & Infrastructure teams when needed/n- Work a 24/7 shift rota (including nights/weekends)/n- Follow ITIL v4 practices (Incident, Problem & Service Management)/n- Produce regular reports and analytics/n- Support SOC tools, updates, and continuous improvement

We are a leading technology provider partnering with Agenzia Recruitment to find a Cyber Security Analyst for our Security Operations Centre (SOC) team. This role offers a salary of up to £40k plus additional allowances for the shift pattern. You will be joining a dynamic team dedicated to monitoring, triaging, and responding to cyber security incidents, ensuring effective resolution and escalation where required. Our workplace is fast-paced and requires a proactive mindset, and we are located in-person to foster team collaboration.
