Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 15 years experience in digital technology
- At least 10 years in a leadership role, ideally at a global level
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional digital initiatives
- Experience managing large teams and budgets
- Strong experience in creating and leading strategic customer experience visions
- Experience influencing stakeholders and communicating at executive level
- Omnichannel orchestration and innovation experience
- Ability to create AI-driven personalisation and analytics
- Background in technology-driven B to B to C environments
- Competent understanding of customer experience from a technology-driven focus
- Passion for driving technology and customer experience
- Degree or M.Sc. in information technology, engineering, or related field is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Build a unified experience platform across the multi-brand AGCO business
- Drive AGCOs digital transformation and innovation agenda
- Lead strategy, vision, and execution of digital customer technology initiatives
- Ensure cohesive digital experiences for farmers, dealers, and employees globally
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and champion digital innovation
- Deliver measurable business outcomes aligned with AGCOs strategic objectives
- Work with global C-Suite team and other senior leaders to create a global customer experience strategy
- Implement AI and analytics-driven personalisation using telemetry and customer data
- Provide frontline and dealer teams with digital tools
- Create and launch global customer experience training programs
- Own all dealer and farmer-facing digital application solutions globally
- Ensure full platform reliability, scalability, and governance with the digital technology team and MSPs
