Requirements
Must:
- Experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Operations Lead, or similar role
- Proficient user of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong understanding of high-volume e-commerce operations
- Problem-solving skills, using tech tools like YouTube or AI
- Familiarity with client setups in a 3PL environment (preferred but not essential)
- Real-world warehousing experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with developers
Responsibilities
- Serve as the final gatekeeper before new features reach customers
- Conduct real-world testing of new features and workflows
- Provide feedback to developers on any functionality issues or improvements needed
- Utilize modern AI and testing platforms to enhance quality control processes
- Ensure that our WMS platforms deliver a reliable service to users
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to strengthen release reliability
