Requirements
Must:
- Detail-oriented and methodical approach to work
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality
- Intermediate Excel skills (sorting, filtering, basic formulas and data modeling)
- Good written communication skills
- Comfortable working with large volumes of data
- Logical thinker with a structured approach
- Self-starter with time management skills to meet deadlines
- Reliable and organized
- Exposure to software testing, data validation or analysis, SQL, or other data tools (desirable but not essential)
Responsibilities
- Enter, verify, and clean existing data ahead of import
- Cross-check data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Log issues, discrepancies, or errors clearly and accurately
- Work with operations staff to clarify data issues and follow up
- Perform manual functional testing of reports and datasets
- Prepare and implement migration of existing data into new systems
- Develop and implement robust data management and data integrity processes
