Requirements
Must:
- Current or previously held NPPV3 clearance
- 5+ years experience delivering complex Salesforce solutions
- Experience in public sector delivery within governance and security constraints
- Familiarity with Agile delivery models
- Strong communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Commitment to engineering excellence and continuous improvement
- Hands-on experience in leading development teams
- Experience with Salesforce core configuration, Service Cloud configuration, and Experience Cloud site design
- Proficient in Advanced Flow design and optimization
- Confident in working with Apex
- Familiarity with Lightning Web Component (LWC) development
- Experience with unmanaged packaging and Git-based source control
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and build of scalable, secure Salesforce solutions
- Provide clear technical leadership and support solution design
- Own and contribute to accurate estimation of development effort
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing progress updates
- Drive a quality-first engineering culture ensuring solutions are production-ready
- Identify and resolve technical issues early, proposing pragmatic solutions
- Contribute to peer code reviews, ensuring standards are met
- Support continuous improvement of development practices and tooling
- Work closely with architects, testers, and product teams for delivery success
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and planning sessions
