Requirements
Must:
- 7+ years of IT experience
- 3+ years focused on Microsoft Power Platform
- Deep expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop flows), Power BI, and Dataverse
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform governance & security
- Strong understanding of Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus)
- Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Experience with REST APIs and custom connectors
- Knowledge of identity & access management (Azure AD / Entra ID)
- Experience implementing ALM using Azure DevOps or GitHub
- Domain knowledge in the insurance sector and specialty insurance
- Knowledge of underwriting workbench or similar experience
- Familiarity with Policy Admin and Claims platform integration
- Strong knowledge of solution architecture patterns and integration design
Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end architecture for solutions built on Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with Microsoft best practices
- Architect integrations with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, Dataverse, and third-party systems
- Establish solution patterns, reusable components, and reference architectures
- Develop and implement Power Platform governance frameworks (environment strategy, DLP policies, security model)
