Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in a 1st line customer-facing role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid drivers license
- Installation of IT hardware and software
- Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 10 and above)
- Windows Server experience
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, file permissions, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy
- Excellent troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and networking
- Experience with Exchange, Office 365, and PowerShell
- 5 GCSEs, including Mathematics and English at grade C or above, or an equivalent professional IT qualification
- Willingness to undertake ongoing training and professional development
- Calm and approachable demeanour
Responsibilities
- Work closely with our technicians to support IT needs
- Travel to customer sites for on-site support
- Install and configure IT hardware and software
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
- Maintain documentation of IT processes and support requests
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Stay updated on the latest IT technologies and practices
