Helpdesk IT Technical Support

We require a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a 1st line customer-facing role. Any 2nd line experience would be advantageous. A valid Driver's license is necessary due to our network spanning multiple sites. Essential Technical Skills: - Installing IT hardware and software - Microsoft Operating systems (Windows 7 and above) - Windows Server Experience (2012 R2 and Above) - Good understanding of Active Directory, File permissions, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy - Excellent troubleshooting skills (Hardware, Software, Networking - routing, switching) - Familiarity with Exchange, Office 365, PowerShell Non-Essential Technical Skills: - Capita sims.net, server & client side - Veeam Backup - Experience with Apple products - Knowledge of Ubiquiti products - Experience with VOIP systems - Familiarity with Microsoft Azure - Understanding of IP CCTV Systems and Door Access Control (Paxton) Personal Qualities: - Ability to work within statutory regulations, policies, and procedures - Attention to detail and an analytical approach - Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines - Good organizational skills, prioritizing and managing own time effectively - Highly motivated team player - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work on own initiative, with minimal supervision and guidance - Capacity to organize and prioritize a heavy workload during busy times - A calm, approachable manner, capable of dealing with problems in a professional and friendly manner, displaying tact and diplomacy as required - Willingness to undertake training and develop professionally ---
